Elevate
Pre-release technical draft

Terms of service

Elevate Live is not yet offered publicly. This page documents the product boundaries being built and is not yet a binding customer agreement or final legal terms.

Last reviewed:

Elevate is an AI-assisted CRM intended to organize customer records, surface relevant context, prepare work, and present proposed actions for review. Production access will require an authorized customer agreement and an approved company account.

The public Demo is a product demonstration with resettable, fictional information. It is not a production service. Do not enter real customer, personal, confidential, regulated, or commercially sensitive data into the Demo.

A person must provide accurate account information, protect their authentication factors, and act only for a company they are authorized to represent. Company administrators control membership and permissions inside their workspace.

A company access code helps route a membership request. It is not a password, membership grant, or way to bypass administrator approval. Access remains subject to verified identity, active membership, assigned permissions, and applicable security checks.

AI-generated answers, summaries, tasks, recommendations, and drafts can be incomplete, outdated, or wrong. Users remain responsible for reviewing source evidence and deciding whether proposed work is accurate, appropriate, and lawful.

Elevate may prepare an email draft automatically, but it does not send an email without a person approving the exact version. Users can edit, reject, or defer proposals. Approval of one version does not authorize a later or different version.

Users must not use Elevate to:

  • break the law, send spam, deceive people, or cause harm;
  • access another company's workspace or bypass security, permissions, review gates, or usage limits;
  • upload malware, interfere with the service, or probe it without written authorization; or
  • intentionally process health, biometric, or similarly sensitive information unless support is expressly agreed and the required risk assessment and safeguards are in place.

The separate Privacy & data use notice explains the intended roles, data categories, Google Workspace controls, AI boundaries, retention, and user choices. Final production terms will incorporate the approved privacy and data processing documents.

A company administrator must first approve the intended Gmail use, then each person connects and may revoke their own Google account. The design does not use domain-wide delegation. Use of Google, AI, hosting, and other providers remains subject to each provider's applicable terms and the customer's approved configuration.

Elevate is still being prepared for a controlled production release. Service levels, support hours, termination rights, export procedures, deletion timing, warranties, and liability allocation remain unresolved until the final agreement is approved.

This draft does not create a right to production access, promise uninterrupted availability, replace a signed customer or data processing agreement, or limit rights that cannot lawfully be limited.
